Home Renewal Works was founded in 2014 by veteran contractor Mike Santori, who believed that home renovation didn’t have to be stressful, unpredictable, or overpriced. Starting with small kitchen updates in Lincoln Park, we’ve grown into a full-service firm that handles everything from bathroom refreshes to whole-home structural renewals.
What hasn’t changed? Our obsession with detail, transparent pricing, and genuine care for the families we work with. We’re not the biggest crew in Chicago — we’re simply the most reliable.
Today, our team includes licensed carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and project managers who show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in every square foot they touch.
